We’re honored you’ve chosen Memory Mill to preserve your most cherished moments. Below, you’ll find simple shipping instructions to help ensure your photos arrive safely and are handled with the care they deserve. Once you’ve shipped your photos, please email your tracking number to  memorymillorders@gmail.com so we can monitor the delivery on our end. Upon receipt, we’ll send a confirmation email that includes:

• Your estimated total cost
• An expected completion date for your digitized images
• After processing is complete, we will carefully return all of your original materials using the same shipping method you selected.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• A sturdy box or padded envelope
• Ziplock bags or small envelopes
• Sticky notes or labels (for grouping)
• Rubber bands or paper clips

HOW TO PACK YOUR PHOTOS

• Group Your Photos - Sort by event, year, or person. Use sticky notes or small envelopes to label each group.
• Protect Them - Place grouped photos in plastic bags or wrap them in soft paper. For albums or delicate prints, consider using cardboard dividers.
• Pack with Care - Use bubble wrap or padding to prevent any shifting or damage during transit.
• Include Your Information - Be sure to add a note with your name, email address, and return mailing address inside the package.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

• You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your package.
• Your order will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• We’ll return all original materials along with your digitized images in the format you choose:
